The training was centered on creating an entrepreneurship mindset on corps member, the following topics were treated; Job Creation Technique/Personal Development, Leadership Skills, Marketing and Selling Skills. The training commenced when corps members entered the camp and before they exited from the camp. The training was so successful that it continued for a period of 5 years.
